Promo codes: a key to an offer, not a better version of it
A promo code, bonus code or coupon is a short word or string that unlocks a specific promotion. Casinos use codes to run offers for a campaign, a partner, an email list or a season without showing them to everyone. Entering a code does not change how a bonus works: the wagering, the eligible games and the maximum bet remain the same as in the offer's terms. This guide explains where codes come from, how to use them and how to tell a real one from the many fake codes in circulation. We do not publish Naya codes; valid ones come from the operator.
Where real codes come from
- The operator's promotions page — some offers show the code openly.
- Messages to registered players — emails or account notifications with personal or campaign codes.
- Named partners — affiliate sites or streamers that the operator itself lists or references in its terms.
If a code cannot be traced to one of these sources, assume it is not valid. Copycat pages publish «exclusive» codes to attract clicks, and some lead to sites that imitate a casino in order to collect personal or payment data.
How to use a code correctly
- Read the offer the code belongs to, including the eligible games and wagering.
- Check where it must be entered: registration form, cashier before deposit, or bonus section.
- Check eligibility: new or existing players, qualifying payment methods, country restrictions.
- Enter the code exactly as written, then confirm the bonus appears in your account before playing.
- If it does not appear, contact support before you start betting — afterwards it is usually too late.
Code checklist
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Who published the code? | only the operator and its named partners issue valid codes |
| When does it expire? | codes are often tied to short campaigns |
| What does it unlock? | match, free spins, cashback — each with its own terms |
| Which games does the offer allow? | the code does not widen the eligible games list |
| Is it one per account or household? | reusing it on several accounts counts as abuse |
Codes and game choice
A code for free spins usually fixes the slot and the spin value. A code for a deposit match brings the usual contribution table: slots often count fully, while crash games like Astronaut and live tables count less or not at all. Before entering any code, decide which games you plan to play and confirm that the unlocked offer allows them. A code that unlocks a bonus you cannot use on your favourite games is not an advantage.
Not using a code is fine
Many players skip codes entirely. Without a bonus, there is no wagering requirement on your deposit and no maximum bet rule, and every game in the lobby is available. For short sessions, crash play or live tables, this is often the simpler path. Available methods, amounts and limits depend on the operator and on your account — check them in the cashier.
